Biography

PhD in Education and Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, both from University of St. Thomas. She is a 30-year veteran educator and served as Senator and Chairperson of the Clifton Heritage National Park. Her international gender experience includes participation at CEDAW in Geneva, as a member of the delegation of the Bahamas, and several collaborations with UN Women, UNFPA, the Inter-American Development Bank, amongst other institutions.
