Biography
Alison Drayton holds a BA in History and Politics from the University of London and a master’s degree in public administration from the New York University. She has
extensive experience in intergovernmental negotiations, sustainable development, climate change and other key development issues. Prior to joining CARICOM, she worked at UNDP for fifteen years in a series of functions, both globally and in the Caribbean. As a Senior Advisor, she led the formulation of the 2016 Caribbean Human Development Report, which focused on multi-dimensional progress in the Caribbean.
