Ayesha Constable has a doctorate in geography from The University of the West Indies. She is a climate change and agriculture researcher and from a feminist approach she works as an academic activist. She is co-founder of GirlsCARE and founder of Youth for Climate Action Jamaica. It promotes the intersectionality of climate impact and gender inequality and advocates for the inclusion of more women and girls in climate action.
