XIV Regional Conference on Women in Latin America and the Caribbean

Mrs. Sharon Warner was born in the United Kingdom and migrated with her husband to St. Kitts In 2015. Mrs. Warner holds a BA (Hons) degree in Social Sciences with Social Policy; and a MSc degree in Social Research Methods.  Mrs. Warner joined the Ministry of Community Development, Gender Affairs and Social Services in St. Kitts in 2017; after completing a period of consultancy in the development of the CEDAW report which has since been approved by the Government Cabinet of St. Kitts and Nevis. 

Mrs. Warner currently serves as Executive Officer to the Director in the Department of Gender Affairs, where she has a number of administrative responsibilities, including the preparation of country reports. She has coordinated focus group discussions on various topics with a number of Non-Governmental Organizations.  She is currently a member of the Steering Committee for the National Gender Equality Policy and Action Plan.
