Janey Joseph serves as the Director of Gender Affairs Saint Lucia. She is a graduate of University of Havana and Lynchburg College. Ms. Joseph’s professional experience spans over twenty years in education, psychological orientation and counselling and coordination for gender equality. She has a passion for people-centred, participatory national development which has influenced her work in all her professional spheres.
