Side events

Side events are dialogue spaces held in the framework of the XVI Regional Conference on Women in Latin America and the Caribbean, during time slots in which no plenary sessions are scheduled. They are typically the result of inter-institutional coordination among governments, entities of the United Nations system, and civil society organizations, and provide an opportunity to delve into key issues of the Regional Gender Agenda.

To ensure smooth organization and timely registration, participants are encouraged to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes in advance.
